General

What is JustHostin?

JustHostin is a hosting provider offering cPanel web hosting, VPS, 1C-ready servers and domain registration. Every service is ordered, billed and managed through the client area at https://clients.justhostin.com. Support is available in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.

Who operates the service?

JustHostin is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Azerbaijan. The operator name, VÖEN (tax ID) and registered address are published in the site footer and on every legal page, including the About page.

Where are the servers?

Shared hosting runs on cPanel servers in European data centres. VPS locations are listed on the VPS page when configured for a specific order.

In which languages do you provide support?

We provide support in English, Azerbaijani and Russian. Open a ticket in the client area at https://clients.justhostin.com or use the contact form and a team member will reply in your preferred language.

Web hosting

Do I get cPanel?

Yes. Every shared hosting plan includes the cPanel control panel, giving you file manager, database, email and domain tools in a single, familiar dashboard.

Can you migrate my existing website?

Yes — we offer a free migration of a cPanel backup or a WordPress site to your new plan. After you order, open a ticket in the client area with your access details or backup file and our team will move the site for you.

Which PHP versions are available?

Each site can run its own PHP version, selectable per site in cPanel through MultiPHP Manager. This lets you match an older application to the PHP version it needs while newer sites in the same account run a more current version.

Is SSL included?

Yes. Every plan includes free SSL certificates that are issued and renewed automatically for your domains and subdomains, so your sites serve over HTTPS without extra cost or manual steps.

How do backups work?

We run backups daily on every shared hosting account. You can restore your files, databases or email yourself directly from cPanel, without waiting on a support ticket.

What does “free CDN” mean?

Every plan includes a content delivery network that caches static assets, such as images, CSS and JavaScript, on servers closer to your visitors. This speeds up page loads worldwide and reduces load on the origin server, at no extra cost.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If your site approaches a plan limit, such as web space or bandwidth, we notify you rather than taking the site offline without warning. You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time from the client area.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes — plans can be changed at any time from the client area. Upgrades are prorated and applied without downtime, so your site stays online during the change.

Domains

How do I search for a domain?

Use the domain search on the Domains page to check whether the name and extension you want are available. An available domain opens the order form, where you complete registration through the client area.

Can I transfer a domain I already own?

Yes. You will need the domain's authorisation (EPP) code, the domain must be unlocked at its current registrar, and it must have been registered or transferred at least 60 days ago before a new transfer can start.

Can I use a domain registered elsewhere with your hosting?

Yes — you do not need to transfer the domain itself. Point its nameservers to our hosting, and once DNS propagates your site will be served from your JustHostin plan.

How do renewals work?

Domains can be set to auto-renew from the client area so you do not lose a name to an expired registration. We also send renewal reminders by email ahead of each domain's expiry date.

Do you offer WHOIS privacy?

WHOIS privacy is available where the registry for that extension allows it. When it applies to the domain you are ordering, it is shown as an option at checkout.

Website development

What do I need to provide for a website?

The text for each section, your logo and photos, and your contact details. If you do not have photos we can use licensed stock images. Send links to two or three sites you like; it helps us match the style you expect.

Do I need hosting and a domain?

Yes. A website needs a domain and hosting, and they are not included in the package price. Any shared hosting plan is enough for a one-page or business site; we register the domain, set up hosting and e-mail and launch the site there.

Can I edit the site myself after launch?

One-page sites are delivered as fast static pages; small text and photo changes after launch are done on request. If you want to edit content yourself, say so in the brief and we build the site on a content management system such as WordPress.

How long does it take?

A one-page site is usually ready about five working days after we receive the content. Business sites and shops get a timeline in the quote, depending on the number of pages and features.

Who owns the website?

You do. At handover you receive the files and every login: hosting, domain, e-mail and any admin panel. You can move the site to another provider at any time.

VPS and 1C

What is included with a VPS?

Every VPS includes full root access, NVMe storage for fast disk performance, a dedicated IPv4 address and the ability to resize CPU, RAM or disk as your workload grows.

Which operating systems can I install?

You can choose Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux at order time, and reinstall a different one later from the client area.

Do you manage the server for me?

We manage the underlying platform — the hardware, network and virtualisation layer — but the operating system and everything you install on it is yours to administer. If you need help with OS-level tasks, managed support is available on request.

What is a 1C VPS?

A 1C VPS is a private server prepared for 1C:Enterprise on request: Linux with PostgreSQL, the 1C server components installed by us, thin-client or web-client access for your users and daily backups. It lets you run 1C:Accounting, 1C:Trade or another 1C:Enterprise configuration on a private server instead of an office PC.

Do you sell 1C licences?

No — 1C:Enterprise platform and configuration licences are not sold by JustHostin. You purchase licences directly from 1C or an authorised partner and install them on your server; we provide the infrastructure they run on.

How do I get a VPS quote?

Use the contact form and select VPS as the topic, describing the workload and expected traffic. We will reply with a suggested configuration and a price.

Billing

How do I pay?

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout in the client area at https://clients.justhostin.com and can vary by region and currency.

Where are my invoices?

All invoices are available in the client area at https://clients.justhostin.com, where you can view, download and pay them at any time.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new shared-hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within that period, contact support and we will process a refund under our refund policy.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel a service from the client area before its next renewal date. Once cancelled, it will not be billed again and stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices on the site are shown in USD. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your billing details.

Support

How do I contact support?

Existing clients open a ticket from the client area at https://clients.justhostin.com. For pre-sales questions, use the contact form.

What is your response time?

Support tickets are answered around the clock. Pre-sales questions submitted through the contact form receive a reply within one business day.

Do you have an uptime guarantee?

Yes — we guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for shared hosting and VPS, as described in our service level agreement.

What is not covered by support?

Support covers the hosting platform, server configuration and account issues, not your application code or third-party themes and plugins. For help with custom code or a specific theme or plugin, you may need to consult its developer.
