1. Who we are

JustHostin is operated by the individual entrepreneur identified in the service provider block above, acting as the data operator (data controller) for the personal data described in this policy under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".

2. What we collect

We collect account and contact data (name, email, phone), billing data needed to process payments and invoices, technical data such as IP address, access logs and cookies, correspondence you send us through support tickets or the contact form, and, where you register a domain through us, the registrant data required by the relevant domain registry.

3. Why and on what basis

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing and billing the services you order), to comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax record-keeping, and on the basis of legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention and keeping our network reliable. Where analytics cookies are used, we rely on your consent, given through the cookie banner.

4. Processors and recipients

We share personal data, to the extent needed, with: Upmind, which operates our billing and client area; the infrastructure providers that host shared hosting, VPS and 1C VPS services; domain registries and registrars, for domains you register or transfer; our email delivery provider, for transactional and support email; and payment providers shown at checkout, to process payments.

5. International transfers

Some of our servers and processors, including Upmind and infrastructure providers, may be located outside the Republic of Azerbaijan. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable contractual and technical safeguards with the recipients involved.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax law. Access logs are kept for 90 days. After a service is terminated, its backups are retained for 14 days and then deleted.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@justhostin.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority for personal data protection in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls and restricted administrative access — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at, and are not knowingly offered to, persons under 18 years of age. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@justhostin.com so we can remove it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version, with its update date, is always published on this page. Material changes are announced with reasonable notice where practicable.
