1. Money-back guarantee
New shared-hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, running from the date of your first order of that plan. If you are not satisfied within that period, you can request a full refund of the hosting fee you paid.
2. Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not apply to:
- Domain registrations, transfers or renewals;
- VPS and 1C VPS services;
- Add-ons purchased alongside a hosting plan;
- Renewals of an existing service (the guarantee applies only to the first order of a new plan);
- Accounts terminated for a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. How to request
To request a refund under this policy, open a ticket in the client area at https://clients.justhostin.com within the 30-day period. Include the order or invoice number so we can locate the service.
4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original payment where possible, within 14 days of approval. Where the original method cannot be used, we will agree an alternative method with you.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Protection of Consumer Rights."
