1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) exists to keep JustHostin infrastructure safe, reliable and lawful for every customer who shares it. It applies to shared hosting, VPS, 1C VPS and domain services, and it is part of the Public Offer under which those services are supplied.
2. Prohibited content
You may not host, transmit or link to content that is illegal under the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including but not limited to:
- Malware, viruses, exploit code or tools designed to gain unauthorised access to systems;
- Phishing pages or content designed to impersonate another person, brand or organisation for deception;
- Child sexual abuse material in any form, which is reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice;
- Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party;
- Content prohibited by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Information, Informatisation and Protection of Information".
3. Prohibited activities
Regardless of the content involved, you may not use JustHostin services to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network, launch or participate in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, run cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting, or run open proxies or VPN endpoints on shared hosting. You may not consume shared resources in a way that degrades the service for other customers on the same infrastructure.
4. Email rules
Outgoing email must be sent only to recipients who have opted in to receive it, must include a working unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism, and is subject to the sending limits described in the Public Offer. Purchased or harvested recipient lists are not permitted.
5. Notice and takedown
If you believe content hosted on JustHostin infrastructure violates this policy or infringes your rights, report it to info@justhostin.com with enough detail to identify and locate the content. We remove or disable content in response to a valid notice or a lawful order from a competent authority, and we notify the affected customer where we are permitted to do so by law.
6. Enforcement ladder
In most cases, a first violation results in a warning and a request to remove or correct the offending content or activity. Continued or repeated violations may lead to suspension and, ultimately, termination as described in the Public Offer. Where content or activity poses an immediate security threat to our network or other customers, we may act immediately, including suspending the account, without prior warning.
7. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse of JustHostin services, from this network or directed at it, to info@justhostin.com.
